VibeMCP — Platform Privacy Notice

This notice covers the VibeMCP platform itself and the people who sign in to it to build and host apps. If instead you are a user of an app that someone built here, that app has its own notice at /builder/app-privacy/<app>, and this page does not describe it.

Who operates the service

Placeholder — to be completed. No legal entity has been registered for this service yet, so no company name and no postal address are given here; writing one that does not exist would be false. No data protection officer and no EU or UK representative have been appointed. Until this paragraph names a real entity, treat the contact address below as the operator’s only address for these purposes.

The service is operated by an individual based in Israel.

Where the data is stored

Platform data is stored on servers in Germany. Because the operator is in Israel, it is accessed from there.

What is held about you as a builder

What is not collected

The platform’s services do not log IP addresses. It runs no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind — there are no ad networks, analytics SDKs or cross-site trackers on any page it serves. Nothing here is sold.

Who else receives data

Operating the service means a small number of providers necessarily handle some of it:

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to a particular use of it. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work.

Contact

Email [email protected] for anything in this notice, including a request under the rights above. Say which account you are writing about so the request can be matched to it.
